At BlessOF, our production can handle almost any format sized A x Bmm (H x W) to C x Dmm. But before you determine how large your envelope or bag should be, take a moment to consider the following:

Being seen

Larger formats and unusual proportions really stand out when people empty their post box, something you should never overlook especially during the planning stage.

Postal regulations

When choosing your format, please think about local postal regulations.

For example standard or smaller letters may need to be a certain proportion in terms of length and width. In some areas square letters are only permitted in certain dimensions.

Postage

Local postal service charge different postage depending on the size and weight of the letter. Please visit your country’s postal service website to learn more about specific dimensions, weights and rates.

Further processing

Some envelope inserting machines only work with certain formats. Ask your letter shop or machine manufacturer beforehand.

All formats are based on Height x Width (x Depth)
